Public offer

1. Subject

Individual Entrepreneur Anton Sergeevich Lantsov, TIN 325750000308, OGRNIP 318325600012390, legal address: 358000, Republic of Kalmykia, Elista, V.I. Lenina St., 284, apt. 38 (the “Provider”) gives the user (the “Customer”) access to the “RMAGENT” software service through rmagent.ru under the terms of the chosen plan.

2. Onboarding

The Customer registers on the Service's website and optionally adds Wildberries API tokens in their account. All data obtained via API tokens is processed according to the Privacy policy.

3. Pricing and payment

Current plans are published at /pricing. The service agreement is deemed concluded once the Customer successfully pays for the selected plan via YooKassa. The Provider's obligations to deliver paid features apply only for the paid period.

4. Obligations of the parties

The Provider's obligations to deliver services, keep the Service operational, and provide technical support arise only when the Customer pays for a subscription or selected plan, and apply for the paid period only. Without paid access, the Provider has no service obligations to the Customer.

  • With an active paid plan, the Provider undertakes to keep the Service operational within the scope of that plan and to provide technical support via @rmagenthelp_bot.
  • The Customer undertakes not to share account access with third parties and not to use the Service in a way that violates Wildberries' offer.
  • The Customer confirms that the Wildberries API tokens added belong to them or to a party that authorized their use.

5. API token confidentiality

The Provider stores Wildberries API tokens in a secured database and uses them only to deliver Service functionality. Tokens are not shared with third parties, except for requests made to the Wildberries API on the Customer's behalf.

6. Liability

The Provider is not liable for: actions of Wildberries, changes to the public Wildberries API, damage from improper use of the Service by the Customer, Service downtime caused by force majeure or outages of external providers (Wildberries API, OpenAI, etc.).

7. Termination

The Customer may discontinue using the Service and delete their account at any time. The Provider may terminate the agreement (this public offer) unilaterally at any time, including by revoking the Customer's access to the Service. Refunds for the unused paid period upon early termination are made in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
